TO:                  All Department and Activity Heads

FROM:            Governor

SUBJECT:      Administrative Leave on Friday, December 23, 2022

This holiday season, we take the time to reflect on the people, blessings, and experiences of this past year that have brought us to where we are today, and we look to give back to one another by spending time with our loved ones, giving thanks, and spreading love, kindness, and goodwill throughout our community.

In the spirit of the holiday season, I am hereby authorizing the non-essential employees of the Commonwealth Government’s Executive Branch to take Administrative Leave on Friday, December 23, 2022.

My family and I wish you and your loved ones a blessed Christmas weekend. May this holiday season bring you all an abundance of blessings as we look to a prosperous new year for our Commonwealth. Please continue to stay safe and look out for one another.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, Marianas!

Si Yu’us Ma’ase, Ghilisow, and Thank You,
