Governor Arnold I. Palacios and Lt. Governor David M. Apatang congratulate the students of the Northern Marianas College who recently received their degrees at NMC’s 43rd Commencement Exercise held at the Marianas High School Gymnasium.
Governor Palacios and Lt. Governor Apatang expressed their pride in the achievements and dedication of the graduates who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to their studies and community.
Also in attendance in celebrating NMC’s graduates were NMC Board of Regents Chairman Charles V. Cepeda, NMC President Dr. Galvin Deleon Guerrero, NMC Vice President Frankie M. Eliptico, President’s Guest of Honor Dr. Anita Enriquez from the University of Guam, College Marshal, Mrs. Poonsri “Lek” Algaier, the NMC Board of Regents, NMC faculty and staff, and other local dignitaries.
The Commencement Exercise also featured U.S. Congressman Gregorio Kilili Camacho Sablan as the keynote speaker for the graduation event.
