April 2024 is National Autism Awareness Month

This month the Autism Society of the CNMI joined Governor Arnold I. Palacios and Lt. Governor David M. Apatang as they proclaimed April 2024 as National Autism Awareness Month.

Governor Palacios remarked that National Autism Awareness is an opportune time to recognize  and raise awareness for individuals, both children and adults, who are on the autism spectrum. Lt. Governor Apatang encouraged everyone to help raise awareness and to fully support efforts toward creating a more compassionate and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and be accepted for who they are.
