Reminder: 2024 Annual Corporation Report Deadline

The CNMI Department of Commerce, Office of the Registrar of Corporations, reminds the public that the 2024 Annual Corporation Report is due on March 1, 2025. However, as March 1, 2025, falls on a Saturday, the deadline is extended to Monday, March 3, 2025, without penalty.

The Registrar of Corporations would like to remind the public that there will be a penalty fee of $150.00 for all 2024 Annual Corporation Reports received after March 3rd, 2025.

After March 4, 2025, a penalty fee of $10 will be charged for each day not counting weekends and holidays that the report is not submitted, in addition to the $150.00 penalty for late filing.

Pursuant to Public Law 21-37, a new fee structure was implemented for the CNMI Department of Commerce Registrar of Corporations to allow for upgrades to improve record keeping capabilities and offer more efficient and effective services to corporations in the CNMI.

The new fee structure, which took effect on May 1, 2021, can be viewed online at http://www.cnmilaw.org/pdf/cmc_section/T4/4205.pdf
