Honest Profit International Ltd. (HPIL) and Marriott International Inc. ink a management agreement for a brand new hotel in San Antonio that will be called the Saipan Marriott Resort & Spa.
Marriott Asia-Pacific Regional Vice President Peter Gassner emphasized that the purpose of the HPIL-Marriott collaboration is to make the CNMI a worldwide destination and to enhance tourism and hospitality in the Commonwealth.
Governor Palacios congratulated the two companies for their historic partnership, and stressed that the signing ceremony isn’t merely the formalization of a business agreement, but a testimony to the resilience and the potential of the NMI to attract responsible and reputable enterprises.
Despite having to go through adversities such as labor shortage, typhoon damage and the COVID-19 pandemic, the Saipan Marriott Resort & Spa is projected to be completed by the end of 2025.
