In his welcoming remarks at the 73rd Pacific Island Health Officers Association (PIHOA) Leadership Engagement at the Crowne Plaza’s Hibiscus Hall, Governor Arnold I. Joined by Ms. Esther Muna, Chief Executive Officer of the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation (CHCC) and CHCC Board Member Juan N. Babauta, Governor Palacios participated in the opening day of the health symposium.

PIHOA is made up of healthcare leaders from the CNMI, Guam, American Samoa, Palau, the Marshall Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia and holds their leadership engagements twice annually, with the first in Hawaii and the second at a host location. This year, the CNMI was selected to host.
