Governor Torres grants administrative leave for all non-essential Commonwealth Government Executive Branch employees in the spirit of the holiday season

This holiday season, we take the time to reflect on the people, blessings, and experiences of this past year that have brought us to where we are today, and we look to give back to one another by spending time with our loved ones, giving thanks, and spreading love, kindness, and goodwill throughout our community.

In the spirit of the holiday season, I am hereby authorizing the non-essential employees of the Commonwealth Government’s Executive Branch to take Administrative Leave on Friday, December 23, 2022.

My family and I wish you and your loved ones a blessed Christmas weekend. May this holiday season bring you all an abundance of blessings as we look to a prosperous new year for our Commonwealth. Please continue to stay safe and look out for one another.

Empowering the Youth, Shaping the Future

Lieutenant Governor David M. Apatang, together with Delbert T. Pua, Special Assistant for the Office of Youth Affairs, recently proclaimed October 2024 as Youth Empowerment Month. The proclamation was made in the presence of members of the Legislature, Cabinet officials, and community partners, all united in their commitment to improving the lives of our youth.
