CNMI Department of Labor Announces Virtual Career Fair

On February 25, 2022, the CNMI Department of Labor will be hosting a virtual Career Fair. 

The theme for this year’s Career Fair is “Explore, Expand, Empower.”

The Department of Labor announces that the virtual career fair is an outreach opportunity intended to provide current and prospective job seekers and entrepreneurs with vital career resources and information. The event will feature speakers from the Northern Marianas College, Northern Marianas Technical Institute, and Island Training Solutions, among others.

Department of Labor Secretary Vicky Benavente stated, “With the ongoing challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are conducting the Career Fair completely online.” 

Secretary Benavente said, “The virtual career fair is an opportunity for individuals to build upon existing skills and explore opportunities for new employment skills or a trade through the various training providers.”
