Governor Ralph DLG. Torres on Tuesday issued the following statement regarding Lt. Governor Arnold Palacios’ health and recovery after the incident at the Guma’ Hustisia earlier today.
“It was an unfortunate situation today. First Lady Diann and I ask for the CNMI to pray for Lt. Governor Arnold Palacios. We extend our deepest thoughts and prayers for him for a full and speedy recovery.”
Lieutenant Governor David M. Apatang, together with Delbert T. Pua, Special Assistant for the Office of Youth Affairs, recently proclaimed October 2024 as Youth Empowerment Month. The proclamation was made in the presence of members of the Legislature, Cabinet officials, and community partners, all united in their commitment to improving the lives of our youth.
