Governor Ralph DLG. Torres was originally set to deliver the 2022 State of the Commonwealth Address (SOCA) on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Kensington Hall, Kensington Hotel Saipan.
However, Governor Torres, in communication with the legislature, is seeking to convene in a joint legislative session to receive the State of the Commonwealth Address.
It is in this spirit that the State of the Commonwealth Address will be rescheduled for October 31, 2022 at 10:00 a.m at Kensington Hall, Kensington Hotel Saipan.
