CNMI Medicaid Office continues to provide services to the public

The CNMI State Medicaid Agency continues to assist all new and current Medicaid applicants. Social distancing and the use of masks will be strictly enforced to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. 

The eligibility office and accounting/claims department is available for consultation from Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.

New and returning applicants can pick up all application forms right next to the drop-box located at their office in Capitol Hill or forms can be downloaded via their website at http://medicaid.cnmi.mp/index.php/sma-services/medicaid-application-forms.

All application and renewal/redetermination forms submitted must be original. Supporting documents may be submitted via fax at (670) 664-4885, email, or via the drop-box with copies attached to application forms.

In addition, please be sure that all mailing addresses and contact numbers are up to date to ensure that cards are sent to the correct addresses and in the event that case workers need to contact any beneficiaries.

Lieutenant Governor David M. Apatang, together with Delbert T. Pua, Special Assistant for the Office of Youth Affairs, recently proclaimed October 2024 as Youth Empowerment Month. The proclamation was made in the presence of members of the Legislature, Cabinet officials, and community partners, all united in their commitment to improving the lives of our youth.
