SUBJECT: Runoff Election Day Holiday
This memorandum is to remind all department and activity heads as well as all government employees that Friday, November 25, 2022 is the date designated by the Commonwealth Election Commission as the Runoff Election Day, and thus a legal holiday in the Commonwealth. See 1 CMC § 6508. Accordingly, all non-essential government workers are granted holiday leave on Friday, November 25, 2022.
