IRT Public Notice

The Commonwealth Bureau of Military Affairs, in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, intends to solicit assistance from the Department of Defense’s Innovative Readiness Training Program for the following community projects:

Project Title: Veterinary Care Assistance

Description: Full Veterinary Services

Location: Saipan, Tinian and Rota

The Assistance include a no-cost full veterinary clinic service.

Project: Healthcare Assistance

Description: Full Optometry Services

Location: Saipan, Tinian, Rota

The Assistance include a no-cost full optometry clinic service.

Project: Healthcare Assistance

Description: Full Dentistry Services

Location: Saipan, Tinian, Rota

The Assistance include a no-cost full dentistry service.

Project: Healthcare Assistance

Description: Full Health Exams Services

Location: Saipan, Tinian, Rota

The Assistance include a no-cost full health examination service.

Project: Healthcare Assistance

Description: Behavioral Health and Public Health Education

Location: Saipan, Tinian, Rota

The Assistance include a no-cost behavioral health services and public health education campaign.

Persons not filing comments within the time frame noted will be considered to have waived their objections to assistance for this project.

Empowering the Youth, Shaping the Future

Lieutenant Governor David M. Apatang, together with Delbert T. Pua, Special Assistant for the Office of Youth Affairs, recently proclaimed October 2024 as Youth Empowerment Month.
