CCDF – CNMI Brain Builders hold Café Sessions with Parents

Throughout the month of September 2022, the CNMI Brain Builders Team completed a series of Café sessions focusing on the parents and families of children enrolled in Child Care Centers, including Tinian.

The purpose of the Café sessions is to give parents and families the opportunity to

learn about the importance of the first five years of life and strategies for supporting their children’s development at this young age. Emphasis was focused on parents’ crucial role as their children’s first teachers and how they can use everyday moments to build their children’s brains.

The CNMI Brain Builders Team, along with the Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) and Evergreen Learning, wish to extend their appreciation to the staff and leadership of the Child Care Centers for their assistance and collaboration in making these Café sessions a success.
