Governor Sets CNMI Marker In Washington for Trump Era

Governor Arnold I. Palacios last week returned from a trip to the nation’s capital to attend the inauguration of President Donald J. Trump and to set the marker for CNMI relations with the federal government during the era of his tenure and the 119th Congress, with Republicans in control of the House and Senate.

Lieutenant Governor David M. Apatang, together with Delbert T. Pua, Special Assistant for the Office of Youth Affairs, recently proclaimed October 2024 as Youth Empowerment Month. The proclamation was made in the presence of members of the Legislature, Cabinet officials, and community partners, all united in their commitment to improving the lives of our youth.
