Governor Palacios Meets With USINDOPACOM Commander Adm. Paparo

In a follow-up discussion to their July meeting, Governor Arnold Palacios met with Admiral Samuel Paparo, Commander of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), last week at Camp H.M. Smith (Oahu, Hawaii), home of the command’s headquarters. Their discussion was centered on U.S. Department of Defense activities that benefit the CNMI, as well as infrastructure and healthcare projects.

Lieutenant Governor David M. Apatang, together with Delbert T. Pua, Special Assistant for the Office of Youth Affairs, recently proclaimed October 2024 as Youth Empowerment Month. The proclamation was made in the presence of members of the Legislature, Cabinet officials, and community partners, all united in their commitment to improving the lives of our youth.
