Last week, CNMI Governor Arnold I. Palacios alongside Lt. Governor David Apatang proclaimed various days, months, and weeks in support of the many initiatives by the CNMI Department of Public Safety, Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services, Customs and Biosecurity, and the Department of Corrections.
